My weekend away was last weekend and we went to Paris. By luck it coincided with the 'Salon Créations Savoir-Faire' which is a yearly craft exhibition in collaboration with the fab French magazine Marie-Claire Idées. We went on the Friday and it was sooooo busy I dread to think what it was like at the weekend. It was full of beautiful and inspiring stuff. Luckily that's what I was there for and not for the shopping because the exchange rate £/€ makes shopping in France a luxury.
I just bought a cross stitch kit from this stand that was selling kits to make up old advert pictures
I don't have that many photos because I was told off in a very rude manner about taking pictures. Why do people exhibit stuff if they want to keep them secret....?. anyway it doesn't excuse the rudeness.
